• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems
• Lead the development of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portals to streamline workflows and enhance business operations
• Design and implement integrations using Azure Logic apps
• Apps, Functions, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency
• Oversee CRM upgrades, plugin development, and system configurations for optimal service delivery
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality, client focused outcomes on time
• Manage data migration projects, ensuring accuracy and continuity between systems
  
  Create technical documentation, low-level designs, and conduct workshops to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Integrate 3rd party tools with Dynamics
• Develop custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server for advanced customization and scalability

• Master's degree in computer applications or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Financials / CE (Customer Engagement) and CRM Online/On-premise implementations
• Proficiency in no-code/low-code solutions and advanced technical customizations
• Programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server
• Familiarity with Azure services, Functions and Dev Ops
