** Experience Designer (UX)
** who’s ready to shape meaningful digital experiences and guide clients toward what’s next.
** What you’ll do
** As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll lead UX design activities that connect insight, imagination, and execution.  You will:
* Conduct
** user research
** to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities.
* Create
** personas, journey maps, and information architectures
** that turn complexity into clarity.
* Design
** wireframes, prototypes, and interaction patterns
** that bring ideas to life.
* Work on the
** next generation of interaction, interface, and methodology
** to take experience into the next era
* Facilitate
** co-creation workshops and usability tests
** with clients and users.
* Collaborate closely with
** Creative Technologists, developers, and Consult Partners
** to balance desirability with feasibility.
* Advocate for
** accessibility and inclusive design**, ensuring every experience works for all users.
* Communicate ideas through clear storytelling and visuals that inspire alignment and action.

** Required Skills and Experience**
* ** 5 + years
** in UX / experience design or a related field, with a strong portfolio of enterprise or innovation-studio projects.
* Deep understanding of
** user-centered design**,
** interaction design**, and
** usability testing
** methods.
* Comfortable
** facilitating co-creation
** sessions and presenting to clients.
* ** Direct*
* ** experience with AI, agentic AI/UX
** and data-driven design is preferred.
* A POV on how AI can drive human-centered design and co-creation.
* Experience with
** emerging AI assistants** (Figma Make, MiroAI, Adobe Firefly, Lovable, etc)
* Fluent in
** Figma
* * or
** Sketch**, or similar prototyping tools.
* Knowledge of
** WCAG guidelines, the EU Accessibility Act
** and inclusive design principles.
* Experience working with
** developers / product managers
** to translate research into delivery.
* Excellent communication skills in
