Overview
We are initiating a CRM Transformation program and are seeking experienced CRM Business Analysts to join our team. The role involves working closely with business and technology teams to drive requirements, ensure alignment with banking processes, and support delivery in an agile environment.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to elicit, document, and validate CRM requirements.
- Ensure alignment with banking processes and regulatory considerations.
- Support delivery in an agile environment, including collaboration with product owners and scrum teams.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred) – must
- Hands-on Agile methodology knowledge – must
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Banking industry experience (Retail, Corporate, or Private Banking – mix & match acceptable)
- Exposure to AI/automation in CRM
- Quick availability / immediate joiners
