Responsibilities
- Provides on-site technical support for hardware and software
- Ensures classroom technology is operational and reliable
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Maintain and update computers, printers, and peripherals
- Support classroom AV equipment and interactive displays
- Apply security updates and basic network maintenance
- Assist with onboarding new devices and user accounts
- BSc degree
- 3-5 years relevant experience
