Job Objective:
To design, write and manage database systems to ensure that the right person can get the information they need at the right time. To maintain the Company’s Database Systems such as MS SQL, Oracle, SAP, etc., including Performance, Integrity, Security, Capacity Planning, Monitoring, Backup & Recovery, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and Documentation.
General Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of IT Applications and Systems department policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity. Assist in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Security, or any related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Database Design, Administration, Installation, Configuration, Maintenance, cloning, upgrade, backup & recovery, high availability, disaster recovery, and support of mission-critical database environments.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with at least 5 years of experience in SQL server administration.
5 years of experience in database administration and proven experience in Network TCP/IP knowledge.
Experience in managing Database platforms SAAS/PAAS/IAAS in Azure Cloud.
MCSE - Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, ITIL V3 Practitioner, Project Management Professional, or equivalent certification.
