Reports to: Head of Technology Delivery/ Program Manager
Relevant experience: 8-12 years in technical project management within banking or fintech, with proven experience in payment systems integration.
Mandatory requirements: PMP or PRINCE2 certification; experience in card schemes and payment platforms; strong stakeholder management skills.

To manage the integration and establishment of Jaywan scheme within FABs ecosystem, ensuring seamless technical implementation, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with business objectives.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for Jaywan integration, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Operations, Compliance) and external vendors.
• Ensure adherence to clients governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Manage technical dependencies across multiple systems and platforms.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee technical feasibility assessments and integration architecture design.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and client security standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior stakeholders.

• On-time delivery of integration milestones.
• Zero critical defects post-deployment.
• Compliance audit clearance.
• Stakeholder satisfaction score 90%.

• Strong understanding of payment systems, card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Jaywan), and banking integration processes.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with API integration, middleware, and core banking systems.
• Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and third-party integrations.
