Solution Delivery Lead - Asset & Intelligence

The Asset Management Solution Delivery Lead is responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end enterprise implementations of Locatenow.ai’s Asset Management, People and Inventory Platform for large customers across multiple industries. This role involves leading deployment projects, ensuring platform configuration aligns with customer business processes, overseeing ERP integrations (Oracle EBS/Fusion, SAP, etc.), coordinating with internal and partner teams, and ensuring smooth customer onboarding and adoption.

The ideal candidate will combine strong project leadership, enterprise software delivery expertise, and domain knowledge in Asset/Inventory management and ERP ecosystems.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Locatenow.ai Asset Management platform for enterprise clients.
• Own project planning, scoping, delivery timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the customer during the implementation lifecycle.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across customer, partner, and internal teams.

• Lead configuration and deployment of Locatenow.ai tenant environments.
• Oversee data migration planning, mapping, validation, and ingestion.
• Ensure workflows, tagging structures, and reporting match customer business requirements.
• Define and manage acceptance criteria and go-live success KPIs.
• Collaborate with ERP integration teams to enable seamless connectivity with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, SAP, and other systems.
• Define and validate integration specifications, data flows, and reconciliation reports.
• Coordinate testing, issue resolution, and transition to production.
• Build trusted relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design walkthroughs.
• Train customer administrators and operational teams on the platform.
• Actively drive change management and user adoption.

• Maintain delivery governance through clear documentation, milestones, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to Locatenow.ai delivery frameworks and best practices.
• Identify risks and escalate issues proactively to ensure timely resolution.
• Support post go-live stabilization and transition to support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, with at least 3 years in solution delivery leadership roles.
• Proven track record in implementing Asset Management or ERP solutions at scale.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion / SAP integration environments.
• Experience with SaaS or Cloud platform deployments.
• Strong project management skills (PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus).
• Deep understanding of asset lifecycle management, tagging technologies (RFID, barcode), and inventory workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical delivery plans.
• Hands‑on experience with API integrations and middleware coordination.
• Proficiency in writing SOWs, delivery plans, and acceptance test criteria.

• Experience with RTLS / IoT platforms or asset tracking technologies.
• Exposure to industries like Real Estate, Energy, Healthcare, Hospitality, or Government.
• Familiarity with ISO 55001 Asset Management principles.
• Background in consulting or working with system integrators.
