Senior Specialist Tester - Issuer Service & IPO

The Specialist Tester is a dedicated member of the Core Delivery Team, reporting to the Lead with a dotted line to the Testing Discipline. This role is accountable for executing both
System Integration Testing (SIT)and
User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The primary goal is to ensure the developed solution conforms to requirements, meets the
definition of done
, fits well with existing systems, and is fully acceptable to business teams. The role requires a strong technical background with a key focus on
automation
.

• Conduct
  SIT & UAT assessments
  of the developed features/functionalities.
• Complete both System Integration and User Acceptance Testing.
• Ensure the developed solution's
  conformity
  and that it meets the
  definition of done
  .
• Ensure adherence is
  100% compliant to the testing framework
  .
• Be responsible for ensuring that the data captured in the
  Test management tools are accurate and concise
  .
• Ensure
  time delivery
  is maintained for all testing deliverables.
• Perform Test Execution –
  System Integration Testing and Regression Testing
  .
• Provide
  Defect Reporting
  and
  Test Closure Report
  .

• Maintain the
  automation framework
  as per requirement.
• Dedicate 20% of time to the
  Guild set up by the Testing CoE
  .
• Adhere to the
  Automation transformation KPI
  governed by the Test CoE.
• GAP identification in Automation capability
  must be timeously highlighted, owned, and driven with the Testing CoE.
• Possess a
  Strong Technical background
  in Development and coding practices.

• Possess
  Knowledge about IPO/Securities/Crypto systems
  and related flows.
• Have
  Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge
  specific to Investment Banking.
• Deliver the following test artifacts:
• Test Strategy Document
• Test Scenario Identification
• Requirement Traceability Matrix
• Test Case Design
• Test Data Requirement and Setup
• Daily Status Report

• Strong expertise
  in
  Selenium Webdriver
  and
  Core Java
  .
• Good Understanding of test
  
  NG, HTML, CSS & Jss
  .
• Knowledge of
  SVN/CVS, Xpath, xml, java script
  experience.
• Good understanding of
  version control
  like
  SVN, GIT, Bitbucket
  .
• Exposure to working on
  Agile projects
  .
• Exposure to
  HP ALM and Jira Tool
  .
• Ability to
  learn new Testing Tool quickly
  .

• 3+ years of experience
  in
  Functional Testing
  (Manual and Automation).
• 2 years experience
  in
  Digital Transformation and Agile Ways of Working
  .

• Minimum Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
• Good communication skills
  and
  Arabic reading
  .
• Strong Self-Management skills
  .
