Are you a visionary technologist with a passion for building scalable digital experiences? Join us as a Senior Digital Platform Technology Manager and lead the architecture, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade platforms powered by Sitecore, .NET, and modern API ecosystems.
What You’ll Do- Translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions and scalable architectures.
- Lead the implementation of Sitecore-based applications on the .NET stack.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs across .NET, Java, and Node.js.
- Define best practices for performance, scalability, and personalization.
- Mentor engineering teams and drive agile delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure seamless integration and platform reliability.
- 8–12 years of experience in digital platform development, with 4+ years on Sitecore 9.x.
- Proven expertise in .NET, Java, Node.js, React.js, and cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration, content personalization, and scalable CMS design.
- Hands‑on experience with Dev Ops pipelines, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
- Excellent leadership, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (required)
- Sitecore 9.x Certification & Microsoft Certifications (preferred)
- Sitecore | .NET | Java | Node.js | React.js
- Dev Ops | CI/CD | TDD | Scaled DXP Environments
