Enterprise Architect - ServiceNow & Managed Services

A global technology-driven organization focused on delivering enterprise-level IT solutions and services. The company is seeking an Enterprise Architect - Service Now & Managed Services to lead architecture strategy, governance, and platform optimization initiatives across its IT landscape.

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, principles, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Lead architecture governance processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
• Architect and oversee large-scale platform implementations, driving optimization, scalability, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring delivery meets agreed SLAs and KPIs while driving service improvement.
• Design and implement ITSM and IT Asset Management strategies aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and present architecture proposals to senior management.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on platform strategy and optimization.
• Proven track record in managing managed services engagements and ITSM implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with IT Asset Management and platform optimization.
• Knowledge of data architecture, AI solutions, and integration frameworks (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL and platform-specific credentials are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
