They are currently seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered solutions that enhance business workflows and customer engagement.
Responsibilities- Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven features supporting sales, onboarding, and retention workflows.
- Build and refine intelligent automation and workflows to improve productivity and customer experience.
- Launch AI capabilities that personalize outreach, automate onboarding, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to deliver actionable insights from customer data.
- Drive adoption of new AI tools internally and ensure continuous improvement based on feedback.
- Align product enhancements with go-to-market priorities through cross-functional collaboration.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, including 2+ years building AI-driven products or automation tools.
- Strong background in delivering B2B-focused product features for sales and account management.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as workflow automation and predictive analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and AI-powered customer success tools. - Advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field is a plus.
