IT Storage Solutions Manager (Oil & Gas / Energy)

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, We are seeking an experienced IT Storage Solutions Manager to lead sales and business development of enterprise IT storage products and solutions within the oil & gas, energy, and power sectors in the UAE.

The role focuses on developing strategic customer relationships, driving large scale storage solution opportunities, and delivering business growth with key accounts such as ADNOC, TAQA
, and other major regional energy players. You will work closely with technical teams and partners to ensure customer requirements are translated into robust, value-driven solutions.

• Lead sales and business development activities for IT storage products and solutions within the oil & gas, energy, and power industries.
• Identify customer needs, define industry specific sales strategies
  , and drive strategic customer projects from opportunity identification to successful closure.
• Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with key customers including ADNOC, TAQA
  , and other major oil, gas, and power organizations.
• Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical teams, and partners to ensure proposed solutions meet customer business and technical requirements.
• Own and deliver sales targets
  , pipeline development, and revenue growth objectives.
• Provide regular updates on business progress, market trends, and competitive insights to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications
  , or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT industry sales experience
  , with demonstrated success in the oil & gas or energy & power sectors
  .
• Proven experience working with key enterprise clients such as ADNOC, TAQA, or equivalent large energy organizations.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Enterprise storage solutions
  • Data protection
  • Backup & recovery
  • Cloud and hybrid storage architectures
• Established industry network with strong customer relationship management capabilities.
• Excellent business development, negotiation, and project execution skills.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven track record of winning or leading large-scale IT storage projects within oil & gas or power sectors.
• Familiarity with UAE and GCC market dynamics
  .
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
