Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver IT and digital transformation projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end projects, working with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Plan, execute, and manage IT and digital transformation projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, governance frameworks, and organizational policies.
• Manage budgets, track costs, and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives where required.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management
  , preferably within IT, technology, or digital transformation projects
  .
• Proven experience delivering projects using structured methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem‑solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.
