Senior Analytics Specialist (UAE National Candidates Only)
Reporting to an Analytics Manager and working under the guidance of the Business Engagement Partner, you will leverage advanced analytical skills and the wider analytical toolkit to analyze and visualize Etihad’s enterprise data resources. You will help answer the highest value analytical questions from departments across Etihad Airways, communicate insights across teams, and stay current with industry‑leading BI capabilities.
Accountabilities- Work with the Analytics Manager or Business Engagement Partner to analyze requirements and design solutions to business problems.
- Execute complex, ad‑hoc analyses using Etihad’s analytical toolkit and proactively seek deeper insights and root causes.
- Summarize and visualize results, highlighting actionable insights for business translation.
- Maintain a documentation repository of solutions, including methodology.
- Identify automation opportunities and recommend improvements for future analyses.
- Develop and maintain proficiency with advanced analytic and database tools, in‑house data sets, and other resources.
- Be encouraged to develop expertise in one or more key analytical disciplines and act as a coach to the wider analytics team.
- Assist in developing and training Analytics Analysts Level 1 to deepen their understanding of the toolkit and analytical techniques.
- Diploma required (2 years or more).
- Additional qualifications in analytical disciplines and techniques are advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience (if Bachelor degree).
- Minimum of 7 years work experience in relevant field (if High School Certification or Diploma).

- Successful candidates from the final interview are progressed to the Offer stage.
