Overview:
The Product Manager – Microsoft Security drives the definition, development, and management of the company’s portfolio of Microsoft Security offerings, leveraging the Microsoft security ecosystem to deliver end‑to‑end protection and compliance solutions for enterprises, government, and SMB/SMC clients.

• Develop and maintain the roadmap for Microsoft Security offerings.
• Align the portfolio with CPX competency programs.
• Conduct competitive and market analyses to identify opportunities.
• Build business cases for new offers, including financial modeling, pricing strategies, and profitability targets.
• Ensure product compliance with CPX standards, certifications, and regional regulations (e.g., UAE‑IA, DESC, NCA, GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Collaborate with CPX SBUs to design offerings.
• Integrate AI‑driven features such as Microsoft Security Copilot into offerings.
• Standardize service delivery models, SLAs, and automation through Power Platform and Logic Apps.
• Launch new professional services such as Zero Trust Assessments, Cloud Security Posture Reviews, and Compliance Readiness Programs.
• Ensure alignment with Microsoft’s Zero Trust framework and best practices.
• Manage a team of developers to co‑build products with Microsoft developers and ISE teams.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Security technologies:
  Defender, Sentinel, Entra, Purview, Intune, and Security Copilot.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft partnership programs, co‑sell processes, and incentive structures.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, Zero Trust, CIS, NIST).
• Preferred certifications:
  • Microsoft Certified:
    Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC‑100)
  • Microsoft Certified:
    Security Operations Analyst (SC‑200)
  • Microsoft Certified:
    Identity and Access Administrator (SC‑300)
  • Product Management certification (AIPMM, Pragmatic, or equivalent)
