We have an urgent requirement for Business Analyst – AI / GenAI & Azure Platforms for our banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Strong experience AI / GenAI Solution Analysis is THE MUST.
- Strong experience on LLM-driven applications (chatbots, analytics, decision-support systems) is THE MUST.
- Strong experience on Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services is THE MUST.
- Experience on Power BI Dashboards & Reporting is MUST.
- Strong experience as Business Analyst – AI / GenAI, Azure Platforms, Power BI is MUST.
The Business Analyst – AI / GenAI acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and AI engineering teams, translating business requirements into Azure-based AI/GenAI solutions. The role defines use cases, success metrics, data requirements, and validation strategies for LLM-driven applications, while delivering actionable insights via Power BI dashboards.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document AI/GenAI requirements.
- Define use cases, success metrics, and validation strategies for LLM-driven applications (chatbots, analytics, decision-support systems).
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI engineering teams on Azure platforms.
- Implement interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI for reporting and decision support.
- Collaborate with data engineers, AI developers, and platform teams to ensure feasible, scalable, and accurate AI solutions.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance in AI/GenAI projects.
- Provide business analysis, reporting, and recommendations to support AI adoption and ROI.
Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in AI/GenAI projects on Azure (Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services).
- Strong experience with Power BI dashboard design and implementation.
- Understanding of LLM applications, chatbots, analytics, and decision-support systems.
- Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, use case definition, success metrics, data validation.
