The Enterprise Automation & AI Lead will drive enterprise-wide low-code and automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform. This role is responsible for solution architecture, governance, integrations, and delivery, while working closely with business stakeholders to enable digital transformation through AI-led automation.

• Design, architect, and deliver scalable automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
• Define and implement platform governance frameworks, standards, and best practices
• Lead Dataverse data modeling and manage integrations with ERP, CRM, and custom applications
• Drive automation discovery, fitment discussions, and end-to-end solution architecture
• Lead and mentor low-code development teams, ensuring quality and consistency of delivery
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess return on investment
• Champion AI-driven automation using Copilot Studio and AI Builder

• 10+ years of overall experience in application development
• 7+ years of leadership experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
  • Dataverse
  • Copilot Studio
• Proven experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Azure services, SQL, and ERP/CRM systems
• Strong background in governance models, Center of Excellence (CoE) frameworks, and solution architecture
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Mandatory Microsoft certifications include PL-600 and PL-900
