We are looking for a Project Manager – CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 who will lead the end-to-end implementation of an internal CRM system.
This role acts as the central coordination point between internal stakeholders (management, operations, sales, admin) and the external CRM implementation partner, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and go-live of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
Contract : 1 year contrat / Internal position (employee)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Own project planning, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely go-live and successful adoption of the CRM.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the main interface between internal teams (management, department heads, end users) and external vendor.
- Collect, structure, and prioritize business requirements from all stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Manage the external CRM vendor, including scope control, delivery quality, and timelines.
Requirements, Testing & Adoption:
- Oversee system configuration validation and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Coordinate testing phases and ensure issues are tracked and resolved.
- Support change management and user adoption across teams.
- Coordinate user training and documentation with the vendor.
Qualifications &
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on CRM projects.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (implementation projects).
- Experience in internal (in-house) CRM deployments preferred.
- Experience in corporate services, outsourcing, or multi-entity environments is a plus.
