E-Commerce Marketplace Integration Specialist (Techno-Functional)

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Integration Specialist with a techno-functional background and strong understanding of Online Trading Intermediary (OTI) platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology by managing product setup, package configuration, supplier onboarding, and system integrations across marketplace platforms.

This role does not require hands-on API development, but requires strong knowledge of API-based integrations and end-to-end onboarding workflows with multiple suppliers.

• Understand and manage OTI marketplace ecosystem, including product and package setup.
• Configure products, bundles, pricing, availability, and rules on the marketplace platform.
• Manage supplier onboarding, connectivity, and integration processes across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate integrations between marketplace, suppliers, and internal systems (booking, inventory, payment, etc.).
• Work closely with business, vendors, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and go-live.
• Understand and support API integrations, data flow, and system connectivity (functional level).
• Troubleshoot onboarding and integration issues with suppliers and platform partners.
• Ensure platform readiness aligned with business and operational requirements.

• 5+ years overall experience in e-commerce marketplace integrations or similar techno-functional roles.
• Strong understanding of OTI platforms and marketplace operations.
• Experience in product setup and package configuration within marketplace platforms.
• Good knowledge of API integrations (functional understanding; no coding required).
• Hands‑on experience in supplier onboarding platforms and multi‑vendor integrations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, integration‑heavy environment.

• Experience working on Sriggle platform (highly preferred).
• Background in Tourism, Travel, or Entertainment industry.
• Experience with booking engines, inventory systems, payment gateways, or partner platforms.
