Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead – SME/Corporate Lending
We have an urgent requirement for a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead for our banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
OverviewStrong experience Agile Delivery Expertise – Scrum/Kanban, facilitating ceremonies, tracking sprint progress and removing impediments is mandatory. Strong experience on SME/Corporate lending processes, workflow‑based systems, and Case Management Systems (CMS) for loan origination and credit workflow is also mandatory. CSM / PSM is highly preferred.
Mandatory Functional Knowledge- SME / Corporate Lending Processes
- Workflow‑Based Systems & Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
- Case Management Systems (CMS) for:
- Loan applications
- Credit assessments
- Document collection
- Approvals & disbursements
- Exception handling & compliance reviews
- Agile Methodology (Scrum / Kanban)
- Jira & Confluence (Advanced expertise)
- Stakeholder & Multi‑Vendor Coordination
- Experience managing SME/Corporate Lending Delivery
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Retrospectives, etc.)
- Track sprint progress, delivery KPIs, and project metrics
- Identify and remove impediments to delivery
- Coordinate across business, technology, QA, and integration teams
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery for SME / Corporate Lending Journey initiatives
- Ensure alignment between business goals and Agile delivery
