The IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting the company’s hardware, software, and network infrastructure. This role ensures reliable and secure operations across all technology platforms, supporting day‑to‑day business activities and protecting organizational data.

• Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
• Maintain and support networks, servers, and other IT systems efficiently.
• Perform regular updates and maintenance of hardware and software components.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to support cross‑departmental projects.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for system security and data protection.
• Deploy updates and patches in a timely manner to prevent vulnerabilities.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with IT standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end‑users and IT staff regarding infrastructure issues.
• Implement disaster recovery and data backup plans to preserve organizational information.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends to enhance organizational IT strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure procurement of quality IT services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least three years of experience in IT infrastructure or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, server configuration, and virtualization technologies.
• Proficient in managing Windows, Linux, or UNIX operating systems and environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is advantageous.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with diverse teams and technical personnel.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or VMware are a plus.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and practices in IT service management.
