As a Specialist – Enterprise Tooling, you will be responsible for the administration, integration, and optimization of cloud-native and Dev Ops tools across the organization, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure, Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub (including Advanced Security), CI/CD pipelines, AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), Azure Web Apps, code scanning (SAST/DAST), and Power BI. This hands‑on role ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of development and deployment workflows, supporting both infrastructure and application teams in a fast‑paced, cloud‑centric environment.

Responsibilities- Administer and optimize Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub, Jira, Sonar Qube, Slack, Artifactory, Op Manager, APM tools like Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Nessus.
- Expert in handling enterprise tools end‑to‑end like Jira, Confluence, Sonar Qube, Git Hub, Git Lab, ADO.
- Very good experience in handling monitoring tools like Manage Engine, Service Now to ensure all alerting and observability of the enterprise infrastructure is ensured.
- Experience with managing Application Monitoring and API Monitoring.
- Manage and maintain Azure cloud‑native resources, including AKS clusters, Azure Web Apps, and related services, ensuring security, scalability, and high availability.
- Implement and oversee code security and quality tools such as Git Hub Advanced Security, SAST, and DAST integrations within CI/CD pipelines.
- Configure and manage code repositories (Git Hub, Azure Repos), including branch policies, permissions, and code scanning automation.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure as code (IaC) scripts using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform for automated provisioning and configuration.
- Support and automate monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and related tools.
- Administer Power BI environments, ensuring secure data access, optimal performance, and effective report sharing.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and resolve toolchain issues.
- Document processes, procedures, and configurations for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Stay current with emerging Dev Ops/cloud tools and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance security, efficiency, and developer experience.
- Executive reporting and dashboard across the enterprise via presentations and SPOG single‑plane of glass reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 8+ years of hands‑on experience administering Enterprise Tools for large SAAS product organizations.
- Proficiency with Git Hub (including Advanced Security features), Azure Dev Ops, and CI/CD pipeline design and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience with code security tools: SAST, DAST, and automated code scanning in CI/CD environments.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform) and automation scripting (Power Shell, Bash, or Python).
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
- Power BI administration and report publishing experience; strong data modelling and DAX skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools in Azure environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills; ability to work across teams and explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
