Global Director: AI​/ML Predictive Analytics​/Trading

We are looking for a leader who can harness the power of AI, machine learning, deep learning, and advanced analytics to redefine predictive trading. • Predictive modeling leadership – Drive the research and deployment of advanced ML and deep learning models (including reinforcement learning and generative AI) that can forecast market dynamics and uncover hidden trading signals.
• Analytics at scale – Integrate large and complex datasets—market, macro, alternative, sentiment—into models that directly inform trading strategies and portfolio decisions.
• Trading system integration – Oversee the seamless translation of models into production trading environments, ensuring low latency, scalability, and robust risk controls.
• Innovation and foresight – Stay ahead of developments in AI / ML and identify ways to apply them to capture alpha across multiple asset classes.
• Cross‑functional leadership – Lead high‑performing teams of data scientists, quantitative researchers, and engineers, while working closely with traders and portfolio managers to connect model output with execution.

• Advanced degree in machine learning, computer science, applied mathematics, or quantitative finance.
• Deep expertise in predictive analytics, neural networks, reinforcement learning, and large‑scale data modeling.
• Strong technical fluency in Python, C++ or similar, with hands‑on use of frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensor Flow, or JAX.
• Proven experience in algorithmic or systematic trading is highly valuable; trading instincts or market expertise are a strong advantage.
• Ability to translate highly technical modeling into actionable trading insights and strategies.
• Leadership track record in guiding multidisciplinary teams and pushing innovation into production.
