Role OverviewPeak Metrics is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to support a government‑focused program in the region with OSINT research and information‑environment analysis. In this early‑career role (2–5 years of experience), you’ll use the Peak Metrics platform to conduct OSINT investigations, analyze social and digital media, and produce clear, actionable written products.
This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing position involving regular engagement with stakeholder teams to understand mission needs, triage requests, and brief findings—operating at the intersection of OSINT, narrative intelligence, and digital media.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct OSINT investigations, including social media account analysis, network mapping, narrative tracking, and information‑environment monitoring.
- Use the Peak Metrics platform to gather data, analyze online activity, identify emerging narratives, and develop analytic findings.
- Produce clear, concise intelligence products—daily updates, narrative briefs, situational reports, and visualized insights.
- Synthesize complex information from multiple data sources into mission‑aligned analysis for senior stakeholders.
- Engage directly with customer teams to understand priorities, triage requests, brief findings, and support ongoing analytic needs.
- Provide training and support to users on OSINT workflows and Peak Metrics tools.
- Collaborate with product/engineering teams to improve data reliability, features, and analytic workflows.
- Contribute to SOPs, tradecraft development, and repeatable workflows for narrative monitoring.
- 2–5 years of experience in intelligence analysis, OSINT, information operations, public affairs, media analysis, or related roles.
- Experience producing intelligence or analytic products for government, public‑sector, or senior decision‑makers.
- Strong understanding of Middle East regional dynamics, online influence activity, or digital media ecosystems.
- Hands‑on experience with OSINT tools or social media monitoring platforms (e.g., Peak Metrics, Dataminr, Talkwalker, Meltwater).
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and actionable analysis.
- Ability to brief complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong customer‑service mindset: collaborative, responsive, and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in International Relations, Political Science, Communications, Regional Studies, or a related field. - Preferred:
Arabic language skills. - Preferred:
Familiarity with OSINT, counter‑disinformation, online influence operations, or digital safety work through research or prior work experience. - Preferred:
Knowledge of Middle Eastern geopolitics, modern information environments, and social media ecosystems.
