As of today, Bybit is one of the most trusted, reliable, and transparent cryptocurrency derivatives platforms in the space.

You will manage all paid social advertising for Bybit across Meta, Tik Tok, X, Linked In and other platforms. You will own the full pipeline from strategy to execution, reporting and optimization. Your goal is to improve traffic quality, conversion rates and scale campaigns that drive real business results.

• Plan, launch and manage paid social campaigns end to end
• Build audiences, test new audiences and optimize existing ones
• Create clear campaign structures and naming conventions
• Work with the creative team to brief, test and optimize ad creatives
• Set up tracking, tagging and attribution parameters correctly
• Monitor performance daily and adjust budgets, bids and placements
• Run structured experiments (creative tests, audience tests, funnel tests)
• Report performance with clear insights and action points
• Identify issues in pixel firing, broken journeys and attribution gaps
• Work closely with product, social, compliance and regional teams
• Improve CVR across regions by refining targeting and landing page alignment
• Ensure all campaigns follow platform policies and local regulations
• Keep up with platform changes and algorithm updates

• 3 to 5 years experience running paid social ads (agency or in‑house)
• Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, X Ads, Linked In Ads
• Solid understanding of conversion funnels and attribution
• Experience working with large budgets
• Ability to analyze data quickly and turn it into actions
• Comfortable managing many campaigns at the same time
• Strong testing mindset
• Good communication and ability to work across teams
• Crypto or fintech experience is a plus

• Higher CTR and CVR on performance campaigns
• Fewer tracking issues or broken journeys
• Predictable weekly reporting
