Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Black Stone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions for our clients. You will work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

• Design and develop data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions for business intelligence projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Work closely with business analysts and data scientists to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Create and maintain documentation for data models, ETL workflows, and reporting processes.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through thorough testing and validation.
• Optimize and tune query performance for efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
• Proficiency in at least one business intelligence tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik View).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
