UX UI Designer ( TAMM

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer with proven experience in TAMM platform design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences that align with government standards, business objectives, and end-user needs.

You will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces.

• Design end-to-end UX/UI solutions for web and mobile platforms, with a strong focus on TAMM government services

• Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  .
• Ensure designs comply with TAMM design guidelines, usability standards, and accessibility requirements
  .
• Conduct user research, usability testing
  , and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI libraries
  .
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer for minimum 5 years of experience
• Hands-on experience with TAMM platform design is a must
  .
• Strong understanding of government digital services design standards
  .
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
  , or similar.
• Solid experience in wire framing, prototyping, and interaction design
  .
• Knowledge of UX best practices, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design
  .
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (Product, BA, Development).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
