We are looking for a QA Lead with strong experience in fintech applications to lead quality strategy, automation, and AI‑driven testing practices. The role requires close collaboration with product managers, users, and development teams to ensure reliability and high‑quality delivery across the platform.
Responsibilities- Define and lead QA strategy, frameworks, and best practices.
- Drive adoption of AI/ML in QA: intelligent test case generation, early defect detection through anomaly analysis, regression acceleration with automation, and observability/monitoring of AI‑driven workflows.
- Establish and oversee GenAI quality processes and infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable, and explainable AI outcomes in QA.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine requirements and improve testability.
- Build and maintain automation (UI, API, integration) and integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct manual and regression testing as needed to complement automation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- 7+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years in a lead/senior role.
- Hands‑on with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
- Exposure to AI in QA, observability/monitoring, and compliance/security testing is a plus.
