We are looking for an experienced professional to manage and maintain SQL databases, design efficient database structures, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable data replication and synchronization. The role involves monitoring database performance, implementing robust security measures, and optimizing data storage solutions to support high availability and scalability. This is an on-site role in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, high-performing databases across SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Install, configure, and upgrade databases ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
• Monitor performance, optimize queries, and manage indexing for efficient operations.
• Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans.
• Control user access, apply patches, and enforce encryption and security standards.
• Automate regular maintenance tasks to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency through validations and audits.
• Collaborate with development and Dev Ops teams for smooth deployments.
• Integrate databases with Power BI and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) for reporting and analytics.
