Field Support Engineer: technical and operational on-site support (UAE & French Nationals Only)

Job Objective:
The Technical Assistant is part of Falcon Eye on-site operational support team and supports customers’ daily operations and maintenance on MINDS Falcon Eye system activities. He/she is also the local point of contact for UAE AF regarding IMINT subjects and is located full-time at customers’ premises.

• Technical and operational on-site support to the UAE AF
• Point of contact for UAE AF regarding IMINT
• TSIX representative towards UAE AF IAC team and globally DISA for MINDS related subjects (SLA, enhancements, MINDS roadmap)
• Support to UAE AF IAC on the job training
• Support to IAC and globally DISA proposal definition
• Preparation and coordination of on-site interventions
• Contribution to the promotion of MINDS among UAE by supporting factory teams
• Performing demo when requested
• Contributing to dedicated meetings with customer
• On-call duties on request to support customer

• IT support
• Previous experience operating/supporting operations on MINDS/SAIM system is a plus
• AI competencies is a plus
• Work in international environment
• Imagery knowledge

Master degree in computer science or GIS or remote sensing or related field

• Good communication skills (internal & external with customer)
• Proficiency in English and French (Arabic is a plus)
• High level of autonomy
