In-House Paralegal

This is an opportunity to join a high-profile events and hospitality business operating at the very top end of the Middle East market. The organisation sits behind major live events, large-scale concerts and a flagship arena venue, and has ambitious plans to become a leading name in global hospitality and entertainment.

Following a recent strategic joint venture with an international live entertainment group, the business is continuing to invest in its legal function and is now hiring a Paralegal to support its arena and live events work. The role sits within a growing legal team and will report into a newly appointed Senior Legal Counsel, and is working closely with an experienced General Counsel.

The Paralegal will support the legal team across a wide range of commercial matters connected to events, venues and hospitality operations. This includes assisting with commercial contracts, supporting internal stakeholders on contractual processes, managing documentation and approvals, and helping ensure legal work is delivered efficiently in a fast-moving, operational environment. The role is closely aligned to the day-to-day running of live events and venue activity, offering exposure that goes well beyond a traditional support function.

This position will suit a Paralegal with commercial contracts experience who enjoys being embedded within a business and does not view the role as a stepping stone to qualification. It is well suited to someone organised, pragmatic and comfortable working at pace alongside commercial teams.

Candidates must already be based in the Middle East.
