To weld, fabricate, and maintain all metal infrastructure across the farm, from water and feed systems to shade structures, drainage, chillers, and processing lines. Ensuring everything is strong, safe, and built to food‑grade and welfare standards. Your work directly supports the wellbeing of people, animals, and systems that make “As It Should Be” function reliably, safely, and beautifully.

• Perform high-quality welding and fabrication on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium components across the farm.
• Build, install, and repair water and air pipelines, feed lines, shade frames, gates, and drainage systems.
• Maintain and repair welds in processing, hatchery, and packaging zones using hygienic, sealed techniques.
• Support emergency breakdowns to restore farm utilities, irrigation, or processing lines with minimal downtime.
• Ensure all welding in food zones meets food‑safe and halal‑compliant standards (smooth, sealed, corrosion‑free).
• Maintain welding tools, gases, and safety gear; inspect daily before use.
• Adhere to fire safety, PPE, and confined‑space standards for all welding activities.
• Log all completed jobs, materials used, and safety checks in the maintenance record system.

• Outdoor and indoor farm environments including hatchery, processing, and poultry houses.

• Shift and on‑call work as needed during breakdowns or urgent repairs.

• Transportation to Dubai or Abu Dhabi on non‑working days.
