Maintenance Coordinator (Equipment / Yard)
Job Purpose:We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to oversee preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities for heavy equipment, vehicles, lifting equipment, and yard assets supporting logistics and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily maintenance activities and workshop operations.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Track equipment availability and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, vendors, and contractors.
- Maintain maintenance records, work orders, service reports, and equipment history.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Arrange inspections, certifications, and testing of lifting equipment.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, PTW, and LOTO procedures.
- Prepare maintenance reports and KPI updates.
- Support fleet and heavy equipment maintenance operations.

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance coordination.
- Experience in fleet maintenance, workshop operations, or yard equipment maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance.
- Experience with spare parts planning and inventory control.
- Good knowledge of OEM maintenance procedures.
- Experience with ERP, SAP, CMMS, or maintenance management systems.
- Oil & Gas, Construction, Marine, Offshore, Mining, or Heavy Equipment industry experience preferred.
- UAE experience preferred.
