Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities) Optimize Production:

• Production Optimization
  :
  Perform preventive, corrective, and major equipment repairs to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.
• Troubleshooting
  :
  Address mechanical breakdowns promptly, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Problem Solving
  :
  Handle mechanical maintenance issues during breakdowns and communicate abnormalities to superiors for resolution.
• Inspection & Compliance
  :
  Conduct equipment inspections to ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.
• Maintenance Support
  :
  Assist superiors in technical tasks to ensure smooth maintenance operations and uninterrupted production.
• Follow mechanical maintenance related development standards for all equipment in the Steel Making Plant. Follow all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental management policies, procedures applicable to maintenance related development.
• Supervision
  :
  Lead a group of Technicians / Welder (instruction and guidance to Technician / Welder) and participate in maintenance related development works.

Experience:

• Total years for experience 5-6: 5
• Years as a Technician/ Fitter in a Steel Plant 2-3 years experience in Mechanical maintenance of Steel Plant as a
