Manufacturing ​/ Production Helper, Material Handler

Job Summary

Be part of Caracal Light Ammunition’s operational excellence. As a Warehouse Helper, you will support daily warehouse activities, ensure proper handling of materials, and maintain a safe and organized working environment. This role plays an essential part in ensuring smooth storage operations, especially when dealing with sensitive materials such as ammunition, explosives, and chemicals.

• Support storekeepers in executing daily storage, handling, and operational tasks.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness across all store facilities.
• Assist in storage optimization activities, including organizing and arranging materials.
• Perform packing, wrapping, and preparation of materials for storage or dispatch.
• Follow all work instructions related to loading, unloading, and internal movement of materials.
• Handle equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and trolley jacks safely and responsibly.
• Use appropriate PPE at all times, especially when handling explosives, ammunition, or chemicals.
• Report any hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Comply with all HSE, OSH, and emergency procedures as trained.
• Ensure safe coordination with internal teams and third-party contractors when required.

• High school certificate or equivalent (preferred).
• Basic training in warehouse operations or safety is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, stores, or general labor roles (preferred).
• Experience handling industrial equipment or hazardous materials is a plus.
