Production Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Operations / Plant Manager
Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within and between departments in the factory in accordance with the production schedule. Responsibilities include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; coordinating with department supervisors to monitor progress and completion of work and materials; and compiling reports on production progress, timelines, and any operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities & Duties- Create and maintain production, work, and delivery schedules, and prioritize job orders to optimize production.
- Follow up with all relevant teams to ensure the timely flow of materials and documentation in line with the production schedule and customer expectations.
- Prepare status reports and conduct data analysis to evaluate production progress, work in progress, raw materials inventory, and finished goods demand.
- Coordinate daily with shop‑floor management to resolve issues related to manufacturing efficiency or to provide additional operational information as required.
- Support the achievement of departmental and company objectives, and recommend improvements related to cost reduction, processes, quality, and productivity.
- Coordinate with department supervisors to monitor work progress, completion timelines, inventory levels, and resolve production‑related issues.
- Prepare monthly and weekly production schedules for product manufacturing.
- Develop production schedules to determine the sequence and lead time of operations based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
- Support the identification of required materials and machinery, cost of materials, manpower needs, time requirements, and applicable quality standards.
- Collect, verify, and analyze operational and technical data to calculate material, equipment, and manpower requirements, while considering production cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance departments to schedule workflow according to approved manufacturing sequences and lead times.
- Prepare material requirement plans aligned with the production schedule to prevent material shortages.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, or Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Production Planning within a similar manufacturing environment, preferably within the steel fabrication, construction, or manufacturing industry in the GCC/UAE.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem‑solving and data analysis skills.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in planning, monitoring, and quality control.

Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Proactive & Adaptable: Ability to anticipate challenges and adapt plans to the dynamic construction environment of the UAE.
Salary Range: AED 6,000/- - AED 7,000/-
(Subject to the outcome of the interview and practical test).
