, inside a growing, premium skincare and wellness brand — not sitting on the sidelines.
Skincare Edit is an expert-led, results-driven platform built on clinical knowledge, curation, and credibility. We are looking for a highly capable Office & Marketing Assistant who can support the Founder day-to-day while helping bring the brand to life through content, visuals, and execution.
If you’re organised, visually aware, and enjoy seeing ideas move from concept to polished output, this role will suit you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Founder & Office Support- Managing schedules, inboxes, follow-ups, and priorities
- Keeping day-to-day operations organised and moving
- Supporting communication with brands, suppliers, and partners
- Capturing simple but elevated product and lifestyle photography
- Creating clean, on-brand content using Canva
- Supporting Instagram, email, and website content
- Turning notes, ideas, and voice messages into written content
- Scheduling posts and keeping content flowing consistently
- Assisting with launches, campaigns, and promotions
- Maintaining visual and tonal consistency across all outputs
- Reviewing basic insights and flagging what’s resonating
- Are naturally organised and proactive
- Have a good eye for visuals and detail
- Are confident using Canva and taking content on your phone
- Write clearly and professionally in English
- Enjoy variety and responsibility
- Take pride in producing work that looks considered and polished
- Experience in an assistant, marketing support, or similar role
- Comfortable with photography, Canva, and social media
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Interest in skincare, wellness, or premium brands is a plus
- Can execute an idea and bring to life
