We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Aesthetic Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team specializing in cosmetic and dermatological wellness services. As an Aesthetic Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered cosmetic treatments that enhance clients’ natural beauty and confidence. This role requires a strong foundation in clinical nursing, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

You will work closely with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and skincare specialists to administer non-surgical aesthetic procedures, provide pre- and post-treatment care, and ensure compliance with infection control protocols. Your interpersonal skills will be essential in building trust with clients, managing expectations, and delivering personalized care in a high-quality, patient-focused environment. • Administer a range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments including dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, skin rejuvenation therapies, and laser treatments under medical supervision.
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including medical history reviews, skin assessments, and treatment planning in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Provide detailed pre- and post-treatment instructions to ensure optimal outcomes and patient safety.
• Perform massage techniques as part of treatment protocols, including lymphatic drainage and facial contouring.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and sterilization procedures in accordance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and manage any complications promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, treatment logs, and documentation in compliance with medical standards.
• Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in aesthetic medicine through continuous professional development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and treatment continuity.
• Uphold a professional, empathetic, and client-focused demeanor always to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license and active registration in the UAE or equivalent jurisdiction.
• 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience, with a preference for experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine.
• Proven expertise in infection control protocols, sterile technique, and medical safety standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport, manage client expectations, and deliver empathetic care.
• Demonstrated proficiency in massage techniques relevant to aesthetic treatments, including facial and lymphatic drainage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical documentation.
• Willingness to undergo additional training in aesthetic procedures as required by the employer.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and certification in aesthetic nursing practices.
