- A degree in nursing from an accredited institution
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Experience working as a nurse in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
