JobOverview
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Staff Nurse with valid License or Eligibility to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing patient-centered care in a homecare setting and be willing to relocate to various areas within Abu Dhabi as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing wound care.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and their families on managing their health conditions and using medical equipment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures.
- Valid Registered Nurse license or Eligibility (DHA or DOH).
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a homecare or similar setting.
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to relocate to various areas within Abu Dhabi.
