Ensuring that products and services meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures, conduct audits, and identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure that products and services meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement in quality control processes and procedures.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control processes and procedures.
• Provide training and support to employees on quality control processes and procedures.
• Investigate and resolving quality-related issues.
• Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are identified and implemented.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in QA.
• Good knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
• Able to multitask efficiently and effectively
• Certified CTFL is preferable.
