Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that the company’s processes, products, and services meet established quality standards and comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. The role supports continuous improvement across departments through audits, data analysis, reporting, and corrective action follow‑up.
Key responsibilities 1. Quality Systems & Compliance- Implement and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards or relevant regulatory requirements.
- Support in preparing and updating quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess adherence to approved processes.
- Coordinate external audits (certification bodies, clients, regulatory agencies).
- Prepare audit reports and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
- Monitor and inspect processes, services, or products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify deviations, inefficiencies, or risks and elevate to the concerned department.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain quality logs, non-conformance reports (NCR), and audit documentation.
- Analyze trends, recurrent issues, or areas for improvement.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly quality performance reports for management.
- Support in training employees on quality procedures and standards.
- Promote quality awareness and a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
- Participate in root‑cause analysis activities.
- Propose improvements to processes, workflows, and service delivery.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (preferably in a multinational or industrial company)
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
- Excellent command of English;
Arabic is a plus - Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
