Provides support to the Project Quality Manager in delivering the project quality management system. Reports to the Project Quality Manager and has a reporting line to the Quality Assurance Discipline Manager.

• Assist with the implementation of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and contract requirements.
• With direction, support the implementation of the project quality requirements in accordance with the PQP and contract.
• Support the implementation of the audit program to monitor adherence and identify improvement to the PQMS, including supplier and subcontractor audits as required.
• Monitor and report to the Project Quality Manager on the effectiveness of the PQMS.
• Under direction, use knowledge and skills to identify deviations from project requirements and ensure that systems and procedures are established to avoid recurrence.
• Support monitoring of the application and effectiveness of the PQMS.
• Assist supplier and subcontractor quality plans and programs for any purchase orders / contracts placed, as applicable.
• Support project quality inductions.
• Use judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices.
• May direct resources, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members.

• Preparation of QA/QC inputs to the RFQs and POs.
• Managing the quality input to pre‑PO award bid review and clarification activities.
• Managing the quality input to supplier documentation review activities.
• Facilitating the completion of criticality ratings.
• Liaising with systems and fabrication quality manager and subcontractor quality.
• Reviewing supplier and subcontractor quality plans and ITPs as required.

• Minimum 10 years quality management experience within the oil and gas industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Proactive with good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Arabic language.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Professional accreditation preferred.
• Successful completion of ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor training or transition course preferred.
