** Key points –
** Provides support to the Project Quality Manager in delivering the project quality management system.

Reports to the Project Quality Manager and has a reporting line to the Quality Assurance Discipline Manager.
*
* Roles and Responsibilities:

*** Assists with the Implementation of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and contract requirements.
* With direction, supports with the implement the project quality requirements in accordance with the PQP and contract
* Supports with implement the audit program to monitor adherence and identify improvement to the PQMS, to include supplier and subcontractor audits as required.
* Monitor and report to the Project Quality Manager on the effectiveness of the PQMS.
* Under direction uses knowledge and skills in identify deviations from project requirements, and ensure that systems and procedures are established to avoid recurrence
* Supports in the monitoring of the application and effectiveness of the PQMS
* With support, assist supplier and subcontractor quality plans and programs for any purchase orders / contracts placed, as applicable.
* Support with project quality inductions.
* Uses judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices.
* May direct resources, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members.

Depending on scope:
* Preparation of QA/QC inputs to the RFQs and POs
* Managing the Quality input to pre-PO award bid review and clarification activities.
* Managing the Quality input to Supplier documentation review activities.
* Facilitate the completion of criticality ratings
* Liaison with systems and fabrication quality manager and subcontractors quality
* Review supplier and subcontractor quality plans and ITPs (as required)

* Skills and experience:

*** Minimum 10 years Quality Management experience within the oil and gas industry
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Must be proactive and possess good inter personnel skills
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Proficient in English and Arabic language
** Education &

Qualifications:

*** Bachelors in related field.
* Professional Accreditation preferred
* Successful completion of ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor training or transition course, preferred
