Description

We are looking for a dedicated Property Consultant to join Providential Properties Management in Abu Dhabi. As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your work will be essential in driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our real estate business in Abu Dhabi.

As a Property Consultant at Providential Properties Management, you will be involved in a variety of projects, including property market analysis, client consultations, property viewings, and negotiation processes. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, develop your sales skills, and gain valuable experience in the real estate industry in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine property value.
  • Generate leads through networking and marketing strategies.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential clients.
  • Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare and present property listings to prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain a database of properties available for sale or rent.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi.
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
  • Valid Brokerage License.
