Role OverviewAs an Off-Plan Property Consultant
, you will:
- Focus primarily on off-plan property sales with top developers
- Assist clients in making investment decisions and finding their ideal property
- Manage your sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Attend developer briefings, launches, and off-plan roadshows
- Receive exposure to ready properties, leasing, and commercial projects for career growth
- Promote and sell off-plan projects from leading developers
- Conduct professional client consultations and investment presentations
- Maintain long-term client relationships and follow-ups
- Track leads and achieve monthly sales targets
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and upcoming launches
- Participate in off-plan roadshows, exclusive launches, and developer briefings
- Experience: 6 months – 1–2 years in real estate, preferably in off-plan sales
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi off-plan market is an advantage
- UAE driver’s license preferred
- Attractive commission structure up to 60%
- Working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
