, you will craft exceptional coffee and tea beverages while providing warm, personalized service that delights our guests throughout their day.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages in line with recipes and presentation standards.
• Provide a warm welcome and personalized service, engaging with guests to understand their preferences.
• Ensure the coffee bar area is always clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
• Handle guest orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and effectively.
• Support upselling initiatives by recommending seasonal beverages, pastries, or pairing options.
• Handle cash and payment transactions in line with Hilton policies.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in all preparation and service areas.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department.

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role, ideally within luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A professional appearance and warm, engaging personality.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences through every cup served.
