Contract:

Full-time, QSR - restaurant experience.

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the fast food restaurant
• Train and supervise team members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of labor
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer engagement
• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving restaurant operations and profitability
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with team members and promote a positive work culture

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
