We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain company standards
- Manage employee schedules, payroll, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus and specials
- Monitor and control inventory levels and costs
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
