Job Title

Food Server / Waiter/ess – LXR by Hilton – Eastern Mangroves, Abu Dhabi

As a Food Server you will provide a friendly, timely, and efficient Guest experience, serving beverages and food in a luxury setting.

• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with licensing and liquor regulations.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all products.
• Maintain mis‑en‑place stocked at all floor stations.
• Follow correct reporting procedures.
• Deliver order food and beverage with consistency and in a timely manner.
• Practice Hilton grooming standards: uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

Entry‑level experience in a luxury Food & Beverage setting is preferred.

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Excellent grooming standards.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of situations.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Cash handling experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
